The yearbook is a great source of encouragement and inspiration to many Central Illinois homeschoolers. You do not have to be a member of EGroup or CAHSA to participate or get a copy. You don't even have to do a family page to get a copy! Price is usually $8-$9, depending on the number of contributions. Consider the yearbook as an "extracurricular" activity for your homeschool students. Include them in the photography, journalism and editing. Work on the project throughout the year. Pages must be 8 1/2 x 11 inches, allowing a 1/2 inch border all the way around the page, portrait orientation. Contributions may be created digitally or by hand, scrapbook-style, but all must be submitted in hardcopy. Include your family name, school name and picture captions. Photos with good color balance work best for black and white copying.
