Getting Started

No one wakes up one morning and says, "I think I'll homeschool my kids." Deciding to home educate usually begins with quite a bit of research. We get a variety of questions which range from starting preschool to removing students from public high school. Although specific answers depend upon each family's unique situation, general information is readily available.

We've provided some links to pages we found helpful as we began our homeschooling journey. Many more exist, but we hope these will answer some of those general questions. Beware you do not become overwhelmed with all the information. You CAN do it!
