2010-2011 MNO Events

September 23, 2010: Scrapbooking/Craft/Project Night
Join us from 6-10 pm at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church at 1822 E. Lincoln in Bloomington for a scrapbooking/craft night. Bring the project you're currently working on, whether it's scrapbooking, crafts, lesson plans, or even balancing your checkbook! If you could, bring a snack and drink to share. Plates, cups, and napkins will be provided. Please bring utensils, if you bring other than finger foods.

If you cannot make it at 6 or stay for the entire evening, feel free to come when you can and go as needed. Bring a friend and come join other homeschooling moms for a great time of encouragement, idea sharing and fun!

December 17th 2010: Cookie Exchange Party
The December Cookie Exchange will again be held at the home of Maureen Barnes on Friday December 17th at 7:00 pm. Each guest will bring 3 dozen cookies of her choice to share and will leave with a variety of cookies to take home. In between, we will enjoy a pleasant time of fellowship, encouragement and refreshments. Reservations are required and will be requested early in December. Please contact Maureen Barnes with any questions.

April 28, 2011: We will be meeting from 6-9 pm at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, located at 1822 E Lincoln in Bloomington. Come prepared to share your favorite organizational tips for both home and school. If you don't feel like sharing, that's fine too. :) In the time that is left, we will be playing some games, so, if you would like, bring a game you would like to share that is suitable for a larger group. Also, bring a snack to share (finger food) and your own drink. Last but not least, bring a friend that home schools or is interested in home schooling! Please RSVP to Laurie if you can join us!
